This information helps me provide safe and effective counselling.

Your details are used only to manage appointments, provide therapy, and ensure your safety.

All records are kept securely — paper notes are locked away and digital files are password-protected.

I don’t share your information with anyone unless required by law or for safeguarding reasons.

How Long I Keep Information

Records are kept for five years after counselling ends, then securely deleted or destroyed.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you.
