I believe meaningful change happens when a child or young person feels safe, heard, and accepted just as they are. My work is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-aware, and grounded in compassion, trust, and respect.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of approaches and adapt each session to the individual’s age, needs, and ways of communicating. This helps therapy feel accessible, engaging, and truly personal. These approaches include:
I have particular experience supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and ADHD, and I adapt sessions thoughtfully to suit their sensory, communication and processing needs. I also work with a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, loss, self-esteem, and challenges in friendships or relationships.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
Every child and young person has the strength within them to grow, adapt, and reframe their story.
With over a decade of experience supporting children, young people, and families, I offer a flexible and creative approach that helps children and teens feel comfortable, understood, and confident to express themselves. I create a calm, inclusive, sensory-aware space where neurodivergent children and young people can feel at ease, with a genuine commitment to helping every young person build emotional understanding, confidence, and resilience that lasts long beyond therapy.
To protect confidentiality and the therapeutic relationship, I don’t publish client testimonials. Trust, privacy and safety are central to my work, and I hold these values with great care.
Whether you’re seeking counselling for your child, teen, young adult or fam — in Milton Keynes or online across the UK — or looking for guidance as a parent, my aim is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and hopeful.
Together, we’ll work towards calm, confidence, and connection one step at a time.

I’m a registered member of the BACP, which means I follow their strict professional and ethical standards to keep clients safe and supported.

After years of supporting children, young people, and families in schools, I trained as an integrative counsellor to help others understand and reframe their stories. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People, and my approach is grounded, creative, and deeply compassionate.

Fully insured, enhanced DBS checked, and committed to ongoing learning and supervision — offering you a safe and confidential space to explore and grow.
