Meet Debbie
Hello and Welcome
I’m Debbie, a qualified counsellor based in Milton Keynes, offering in-person and online counselling for children, teens, young adults (aged 5–25), and their families.
My aim is to help young people find calm, confidence, and connection within themselves and in their relationships with others.
Growing up brings many ups and downs. Sometimes emotions can feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to express. These feelings can affect confidence, behaviour, relationships, or everyday life.
I offer a safe and supportive counselling space where thoughts and feelings can be explored at a pace that feels right. Together, we work towards understanding what’s happening, finding ways to cope, and building resilience and self-belief.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and always focused on helping each young person feel accepted, understood, and empowered to be themselves.
